Tracking number and the courier company we will use to deliver your order.


Delivery time: standard transportation usually takes 5-15 working days, and the delivery time will vary according to your delivery address and order quantity. This may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays or other factors beyond our control. If there are any transportation problems with the order, we will inform the customer.

Transportation problems: If you encounter any transportation problems, such as delay, package damage or lost items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will try to solve the problem in time.


Transportation time: The transportation time is an estimated time, which may vary due to external factors such as the selected transportation mode, transportation address, weather or carrier delay. We are not responsible for the delay caused by the carrier.


Delivery restriction: We don't deliver to P.O. box or APO/FPO address at present. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
Order change: After placing an order and processing it, we can't guarantee the change of delivery address or delivery method. Please check your order carefully before completing the purchase.


Return and exchange: For information about return and exchange, please refer to our return policy. The goods must be returned to the address provided in the return instructions.
