Return and Exchange Conditions

Product Quality Issues: If the product has quality issues, such as breakage, missing accessories, not as described, etc., customers have the right to request a return.

Non-Quality Returns and Exchanges: If the customer is dissatisfied with the product, purchase errors, etc, please ensure that the packaging and accessories are complete.
All warranties start from the date of receipt of the product. If the product fails during the warranty period, we will accept the return if the failure is due to quality issues and not your own damage or misuse.

1. The product is defective and the manufacturer provides a 30-day warranty (excluding damage or misuse after receipt and problems caused by logistics).

2. Defective goods must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (if possible, please bring the original packaging). You must tell us what the defect is and provide your order number.


Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Used, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund. Please note that some items, such as clearance or sale items, may not be eligible for return or refund. Specific details will be provided on the product page.

All warranty periods start from the date you receive the product. If the product fails during the warranty period and the failure is due to quality problems rather than your own damage or misuse, we will accept returns, but exclude regular returns and refund requests without specific reasons.


Please Provide Us With The Following Proofs Before Returning:

1. Photos of the front and back of the original packaging

2. Photos or videos of the defective item

3. Photos videos, or screenshots showing the failure of the defective item.

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.


Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our team before they can be made. Refunds will only be processed after the return is sent to the address we specify. If the customer returns the package without prior authorization, sends it to the wrong address, returns the wrong items, or submits an empty box, we will not provide any compensation.

Shipping the goods: Please send the goods (including all accessories and packaging) back to the address provided. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the goods.

Processing time: We will inspect and process the returned goods within 3 working days after receiving them. If the return is approved, we will refund the original payment method (shipping costs and any additional fees are not included).

Return Shipping

Use a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the item arrives safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be given for items that are returned without prior authorization, sent to the wrong address, or returned used, altered, or damaged. Also, no refunds will be given for incorrect items or empty packages returned.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and any additional charges. Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the time the returned item is received until we process your return.
